It's been a slow week all round

...and looks like next week will be too, but I am happy to say that I am completely up-to-date with my circles. I thought I was there a couple of days ago but then realise that I hadn't done any for the week I was currently in, but I pulled my socks up and here they all are.  Of course I need to do one for today, but that should be a piece of cake (!) There will be 16 more little blocks, to get me up to my 365 completion date of November 16th, but I won't make any more after that; I'll just see what I've got and go from there.

I've done a wee bit more hand quilting too, and am aiming to make some progress today.  A couple of people mentioned the thread I am using, so here's a gratuitous shot - all of these are in with a chance of making it into the quilt as I'm just picking up what seems like a nice match each time I start a section. Sulky 12wt Blendables, one and all.

I adore variegated threads in a quilt. I used to think that the whole quilt had to be only one color thread, but now I know better. Can't wait to see your stitching.

I haven't tried varigated threads yet. A must in my near future! Good for you making it thru the year with your circles. Looking forward to the quilt they will become.

My favourite variegated threads - and boy have you got some nice shades there! I'm so pleased you managed to keep your circles going all year, truly dedicated. And I bet you'll come up with some gorgeous quilts with them too.

You are so close to getting all 365 completed and it will be fun to see how you arrange and work with them. :)

What a great accomplishment to be caught up with your circles. Can't wait to see how you put them together. Congrats!

Aren't you proud of making it to the end? You deserve a wee bit of pride for catching up and going all the way to 365. Now the fun begins--playing and stitching. Love that gratuitous shot of those lovely threads.

Doesn't it feel good to be caught up? I'm almost caught up with my circles too. I started them on Nov 4 so I'm pretty close to a year. I can't wait to see everyone's circle quilts after one year! I like your circles. I have some revere applique on my "to do" list.
