A bit of quilting, bit of circling

It's actually sunny here today, so my  slow stitching will be confined to the evening but I entertained myself for a while this morning taking shots of my 365 circle blocks:

Also, a quick update on Walls, as the end is sight, though definitely weeks away rather than days.  This is the last chunk that will fit in the frame, then I've just got to do round the edges.

Mind you, it looks like we might have 48 hours when it's too hot to sit under a quilt, so it will have to wait till the rain comes back on Tuesday.

Both projects are beautiful. Love your idea of reverse applique for the circles.

Great shots of your beauties....I need to get back to hand quilting; haven't touched mine for over a week, or maybe more, ugh. Ok you inspired me :)

I have the urge to make some reverse applique circles with different embroidery stitches and stitch doodling every time I see yours. They really appeal to me. Enjoy the weather and the stitching if you get any in.

Circles and rectangles. They are both looking wonderful.

A goodly stack of 365 circles there - how many now?

Great progress on both projects. I think, since I've been following you, this may be the first time I've seen the Wall. Love it.

You are really making those circles work! I love those stitches. I have been toying with the idea of perhaps stopping here and turning the circles into a hand project. The current one is almost complete and I like having something hanging around for those moment when I want or need something to stitch. The Wall is getting close?!? Can't wait to see the final product!
