Phew!  Extra borders are on and this can join the quilting queue. No more HSTs for me for a while, that's for sure.

  7. What a beauty--all wrapped up in her HST glory! I'm curious to know how small are those tiniest HSTs? They are just too cute. Congrats on the flimsy finish!

  8. I love the variety of HSTs and shades of blue. Of course, the lighthouses are fabulous as well as the wording (which I can only see when I zoom in.)

  9. Wow, give yourself a pat on the back! That was a lot of HSTs, but they are really effective. I like the subtleness of the borders. Is this what got you thinking about scale in a quilt?

  10. Splendid Kaja!! The border of HSTs is perfect and you know I like that you have just the three lighthouses in this quilt, they really stand out. Not surprised you may take a break now from HSTs, but you have created a beautiful quilt.

  13. I love it, Kaja! All the repetition and different scales gives it quite a calm, rolling rhythm, interestingly. Another great finish!
