Quick update

This is just a quick update; I haven't got a lot to say really.  I have filled in the gap across the top now and am making new bits and pieces so that I can add to the bottom (and may the top too).  This is what it looks like now.

I am pretty happy with it but will like it better once it is no longer wider than it is long.  I realise it looks not too far off square in this photo, but that's a trick of the camera.

I'll link up with Patchwork Times for Design Wall Monday.

  3. Oh, it looks great and I look forward to seeing how it continues to grow. Do you have enough scraps and fabrics to get where you want to go size wise?

  4. That is absolutely beautiful!! I love the scrappy feel of it even though the fabrics all match up. It's fantastic.

  8. I love how it looks like it is floating in space, like a space station or satellite. Although there are a lot of "moving parts", the overall effect, at least for me, is serene yet immensely interesting.

  10. There are so many things to look at! I know I've told you that this quilt has me fascinated but now that all the holes are filled and it's looking more like a completed top, it is really interesting and fun. I have a feeling that it will be one of those quilts that will keep a viewer busy for quite some time. I can barely wait to see it with your beautiful stitches added in.

  13. Are you sure you don't have a plan taped to the back of the kitchen door ?? I think I love this so much because the blues all meld together so well but every now and again there's a pop of red or white

  14. The phrase 4 corners of the earth comes to mind 😊 looking great... What's wrong with a landscape layout?! Are you thinking about the shape of a bed? X
