That's interesting because I'm used to you working lap quilt-ish size. I'd love to see this on a bed, it would look fantastic, really bold. Keep up the good work! xStephiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09461286927746997845noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569814896996066785.post-76551062676226711972016-10-26T19:48:04.562+01:002016-10-26T19:48:04.562+01:00I didn't realize it was 80 inches on the longe...I didn't realize it was 80 inches on the longer side either. Turning it 90 degrees does change how to view it but I agree the shorter side should be increased. It's a lovely quilt; becoming one of my favorites.Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12922656955543465650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569814896996066785.post-72543771177515862722016-10-26T18:14:00.126+01:002016-10-26T18:14:00.126+01:00Way cool.Way cool.Kathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01814407420789455322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569814896996066785.post-90163922713284860162016-10-26T17:52:44.668+01:002016-10-26T17:52:44.668+01:00I know it's a limited palette you're worki...I know it's a limited palette you're working with, but I can't get over how fascinating this quilt is to me! I...I guess I see a Union Jack, in another disguise. I like it a lot. I have not been doing any improv lately, being occupied with other matters in my new art quilt group, but I really like this one, Kaja. I can't wait to see where it finally lands. I'm feeling rather pessimistic about my own flag lately...but I want to revive it. My daughter called the Stars and Stripes "the Kite of our Country" when she was little, so I'm marinating an idea that spins off that. Keep on, I'm enjoying the progress a lot!<br />Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07064704260223262652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569814896996066785.post-48880857241256012852016-10-25T15:44:13.469+01:002016-10-25T15:44:13.469+01:00Once again , marvellous Once again , marvellous helenjean@midgetgemquiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01005403786619091105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569814896996066785.post-6366963539108332022016-10-25T14:44:28.214+01:002016-10-25T14:44:28.214+01:0080" is a really great size, and it will be fu...80" is a really great size, and it will be fun to see how you piece to get the other dimension where you would like.Yvonne from Quilting Jetgirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15705160384198590025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569814896996066785.post-41000975372187105112016-10-25T12:48:12.841+01:002016-10-25T12:48:12.841+01:00This is breathtaking and for some odd reason makes...This is breathtaking and for some odd reason makes me think of a world's fair.
