I've also seen the quilt as you go hexagons done with big hexagons (maybe six inch) with embroidered/embellished stitches. I've only done the Random Number image "old school," i.e., tap "Print Screen" on the keyboard and then open up good ole MS Paint program and "paste." Then crop the image and save as a jpeg so it can be inserted in the post as a photo.
